Penn State College of Medicine’s Chapter of the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) aims to encourage and support the advancement of women in medicine by providing mentoring and networking opportunities for medical students.
It also seeks to raise awareness for women’s health issues, advocate for women’s health and advance various initiatives that aim to advance women in medicine and beyond.
